Terms and Conditions of Sale – MyPureSkin EU
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into between, on the one hand, MyPureSkin, a SAS with a capital of €8,000, registered with the RCS of Bourg-En-Bresse under number 881810170, with its registered office located at 10 Route de Versoix – 01210 Ferney-Voltaire – France (hereinafter referred to as “MyPureSkin”), and on the other hand, any person who makes a purchase on the website https://mypureskin.eu, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
Any purchase made on the mypureskin.eu website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which the Customer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order.
Article 1 – Legal Capacity
The Customer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Prices
All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included) and are indicated in euros. MyPureSkin reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. The prices charged to the Customer are those displayed on the Site at the time of the order.
All products remain the full and exclusive property of MyPureSkin until payment is received in full.
Article 3 – Product Presentation
MyPureSkin strives to present and describe its products as accurately and precisely as possible.
Article 4 – Orders
An order is considered valid once payment has been accepted by MyPureSkin.
MyPureSkin reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer is involved in a dispute with MyPureSkin or if there is a perceived risk of payment default.
In such cases, MyPureSkin may request additional information, such as identification or proof of address.
If no response is received within 5 days, the order and payment will be canceled.
Orders will be honored only while stock lasts.
Article 5 – Delivery within Mainland France
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day, except for those placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, which are shipped the next business day.
Delivery options include:

Article 6 – Delivery Outside Mainland France
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day, except for weekends and public holidays.
International delivery is handled via DHL, Bpost, LuxPost, or FedEx depending on the destination. All orders shipped outside France are treated as international deliveries, subject to the applicable postal rates on the order date.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the Customer's responsibility. It is the Customer’s duty to inquire with their local customs office.
Shipping fees vary based on destination and are payable by the Customer.
Due to customs regulations, MyPureSkin does not ship products to Russia.
Article 7 – Payment

3D Secure Payments:
Orders may be subject to 3D Secure verification to enhance transaction security. The Customer's bank may require identity confirmation via birth date, SMS code, or a personal question.
After 3 failed attempts, the transaction is canceled, and the card may be blocked. Customers must then contact their bank.
Payment Verification:
To prevent fraudulent activity, MyPureSkin may request documents such as proof of address or ID before validating certain orders.
Article 8 – Secure Payments
MyPureSkin relies on Shopify Payments for transaction security. Payment data is encrypted and transmitted securely. No banking information is ever stored by MyPureSkin.
Article 9 – Privacy
All personal data collected on the Site is processed for order handling, sample selection, and personalized recommendations. This data is exclusively used by MyPureSkin.

Article 10 – Returns & Exchanges
10.1 Purchases on mypureskin.eu
The Customer has 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.
In accordance with Article L.121-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., skincare or makeup products). Any such returned item will be sent back to the Customer at their own expense, with no compensation due.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify MyPureSkin (10 route de Versoix, MBE 253, 01210 Ferney-Voltaire – info@mypureskin.eu) of their decision by sending an unambiguous statement (letter or email) before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds:
MyPureSkin will refund the order amount, including delivery charges (excluding additional charges for premium delivery), within 14 days of being informed of the Customer’s decision.
MyPureSkin may withhold the refund until the products (and promotional gift, if applicable) are received, or proof of shipment is provided.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method, unless the Customer agrees to another method with no additional fees.

The Customer bears all return shipping costs and is advised to use tracked shipping. Claims without a tracking number will not be accepted.
Customers are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
