Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Purchases on the website mypureskin.eu
For any purchase made on the website mypureskin.eu, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any justification.
In accordance with Article L.121-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts involving the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g. skincare, cosmetic or makeup products). Any item returned to MYPURESKIN in violation of Article L.121-28 will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense and without any right to compensation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify MYPURESKIN (10 route de Versoix, MBE 253, 01210 Ferney-Voltaire – info@mypureskin.eu) of their decision before the expiry of the 14-day period, by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, MYPURESKIN will reimburse the full amount of the order, including delivery costs (except any additional charges if the Customer selected a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by MYPURESKIN), no later than 14 days from the day on which MYPURESKIN was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
MYPURESKIN may delay the refund until the products have been received or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
If the order was accompanied by a promotional gift granted under certain conditions (e.g. minimum order value), and the Customer no longer meets these conditions due to exercising the right of withdrawal, the gift must be returned with the products. MYPURESKIN reserves the right to withhold the refund until the gift is received or proof of its return is provided, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to a different method and no additional fees result from this.

Returns must be made no later than 14 days after the Customer notifies MYPURESKIN of the withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.
Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Without a tracking number, no claims will be accepted by MYPURESKIN.
The Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
