We advise you to drink MyCollagenRepair in the morning, on an empty stomach, just before your breakfast, or mid-morning, between your breakfast and lunch.
Can MyCollagenRepair be mixed with hot drinks?
If you want to take full advantage of the benefits of our formulas, we recommend staying on room temperature water.
